Sound advice, don’t you think? Let go, let go, let go. Let go of your stress, let go of your weariness, and yes, let go of thinking.
Or, is it overthinking?
Getting ready for Easter means preparing for our own re-birth of sorts. It is part of our true nature, after all. Some of us got to go to church and this year, many of us are creating rituals all our own.
Let’s put away the down coats, heavy boots, all the COVID armoring, and lighten up for spring.
As part of my own spiritual finetuning, I was taking part in an online Sacred Series, talking about finding our life’s purpose and bringing deeper meaning to our work. Teacher Christine Gallagher spoke of becoming spiritually aligned with what we are here to do. To some this might sound a little “woo-woo,” but “woo-woo” can be enlightening, too. Gallagher explained, “When you step into your own power, you find it’s like a switch you can turn on at any time.”
I like that — think less, do more. It’s important to remember that you are the one in control of that switch. Switch on your higher power source and know that “all things are possible for those who believe.”
