R U Rdy?

Yep, it’s “go” time.  Back-to-school, back-to-work, back-to all those good routines that keep us reaching forward.   There’s lots of ways to move through transitions, but a positive mind-set always works best.  Find your mat and you’ll find your way.

That’s why I love Warrior II, don’t you?  The back arm reaches into the past, the front arm reaches into all your possibilites and you build your potential with a steady gaze on today.  Hmmm…just where do you want to grow?

Classes are starting soon, let’s get ready to roll.  Pilates mat over at the college and a 5:30 a.m. class over at DuPage Dance on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s starting on September 8.  And who’s up for morning yoga on Wednesday?  In the heady elixir of mind-body connections there’s always more room to stretch.
