Just Breathe

I know, you’re already doing it all the time.  Breathing.  Yoga takes breathing to a whole new level and it’s often what draws us in and keeps drawing us back to the mat.  Space to breathe.

In yoga we use “ujayi” breathing, a form of pranayama.
